Registration Fees & Payment (ZAR)

All fees are listed on the registration form and must be paid in full to secure your place at the Congress.

Payment methods:

• EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
• PayFast (Visa and Mastercard)

Important: Upon registration, delegates will automatically receive a confirmation email and invoice, including bank details for EFT payment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Organiser, Conferences et al.

Should a delegate be unable to attend the symposium for any reason, the published cancellation and refund policy will apply strictly and without exception.

Refund Terms

Cancellations received before 16 June 2026:

• Full refund less an administration fee of R 750

Cancellations received from 17 June 2026 onwards:

• Registrations are final and no refunds will be issued.
• Approved refunds will be processed after the Symposium.

• All bank charges are for the delegate's own account.
• Invoices are automatically generated using the billing details provided at registration.
• Please ensure all information is correct before submitting your registration.
• Once issued, invoices cannot be amended.
